On view is an important and rare offering of highly curated artwork spanning from 1944 to 1991 by Visionary & Northwest Master, Morris Graves (1910-2001).
Graves was a self-taught artist who had spent a lifetime creating spiritually realized symbols. For Graves, the act of painting was informed by meditation from which mental images become the source of his artworks. His images possess and evoke a very human emotional consciousness.
